Winner Takes All (Manufacturing Industry continuation)
17 July 2006
Everybody wins!! or ….. see for your self.
There should be no losing end. We should not be thinking the negative side. There are remedies for us to become more productive.
The machinery as part of the means of the manufacturing industry should be well maintained. There instances that this machines malfunction in the middle of the production, the immediate action, the maintenance will troubleshoot it, but then if it could no longer work on that very moment, the production line will be affected. A thorough repair then follows. But if this machine could no longer produce a quality product, the last option follows – buy another machine.
On the part of the manpower, if they are no longer productive, the management will create a program that will tickle the fiber sense of these workers. By way of giving additional information through field trips, seminar/workshop and the like, the workers will the motivated and rejuvenated. This will help them become productive again. Again, just like the machines, the manpower is also one of the means of these investors to gain profit. If these programs will not be effective, what do you think will be the next move the investors will do?
This is the ironic part a worker should think of. One thing is sure; just like what had happened to the machine, the workers will be replaced by another new set of workers. Young, aggressive and innocent - one of the best components that comprises a productive worker. How it will happen?
